We closed escrow today and are excited to get all the renovations started! This home is currently 1950 sf. with 4 bedrooms and three bathrooms. While the kitchen is a great size, it needs a ton of work. The back yard has ample space for children and/or pets but you would never know it as it is so overgrown. This home is located in beautiful Aliso Viejo, CA, a family friendly town in Southern Orange County. The planned communities, nearby Town Center and great schools makes this a desirable place for young families to live. We chose this house because of its enormous amount of potential. The neighborhood is loaded with children, up the hill from Canyon Vistas Elementary School and across the street from a regional park with one of the more popular bike trails in Orange County. Our plans are to turn this neglected property into an affordable cottage style dream home with 5 bedrooms plus a loft. Stay tuned as we update daily on what has been done!
